Project Assistant

About the Role Join Alstom as a Project Assistant at Tampa International Airport, where you’ll apply administrative and project coordination expertise to support the successful delivery of key projects. You’ll enable smooth day-to-day operations by ensuring clear communication, organization, and coordination across cross-functional teams. What You'll Do

• Coordinating and tracking purchase requests (PR) and purchase orders (PO) to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for project reviews and decision-making
• Organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items to drive project progress
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting clear and responsive communication
• Managing travel arrangements, expense reporting, and general administrative processes to support the project team What We're Looking For
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general digital tools
• Experience or understanding of administrative and project coordination activities
• Knowledge of travel booking systems and expense management tools
• Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, or Concur is an advantage
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
• High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and respond with urgency
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Nice to Have
