Pay Range: 110,000 - 150,000 annually DOE

Work Hours: Flexible schedule with core hours Monday through Thursday (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM) and Friday (9:00 AM - 11:30 AM)

• Are you looking to build a long-term career with an established and growing engineering and design organization? This is a unique opportunity for a Project Architect to join a collaborative architectural team supporting complex industrial and technology-driven facility projects across the United States.

• In this role, you will contribute to the planning, design, and execution of projects involving manufacturing facilities, semiconductor plants, laboratories, cleanrooms, and other advanced industrial environments. You'll work alongside experienced architects and engineers while gaining exposure to all phases of project delivery, from concept development through construction support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support architectural design, documentation, and project execution activities
• Develop and review project scopes, design criteria, specifications, and construction documents
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams, clients, contractors, and consultants
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking
• Contribute to design solutions that balance quality, functionality, safety, and cost-effectiveness
• Support construction administration and field coordination activities as needed
• Participate in client meetings and occasional site visits
• Utilize Revit and other architectural software to develop design and construction deliverables
• Lead smaller projects or workstreams while supporting larger project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program
• 4+ years of architectural experience; 8-12+ years preferred
• Experience with industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, laboratory, cleanroom, advanced technology, or related facility projects preferred
• Participation in the NCARB Architectural

Experience

• Program (AXP) or active pursuit of architectural licensure

• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit

• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other architectural design software preferred

• Strong understanding of construction documents, architectural detailing, and building systems

• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders

• Experience working on EPC, industrial, commercial, or large-scale project environments preferred

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to travel approximately 10-15% as required
