About the Role The Project Analyst will support FEMA by working with executive leadership and agency offices to route, track, and gather information in response to inquiries. This hybrid-role requires independent work, clear communications, and adherence to prescribed operating procedures and concurrence processes. What You'll Do
- Serve on a team that functions as the FEMA directorate's first point of entry for internal and external inquiries requiring agency response.
- Compose communications related to routing and tracking information task requests received by FEMA.
- Ensure clear, concise communications with agency staff and other FEMA/DHS components when managing routing and tracking of information requests.
- Interface with division personnel to secure information to satisfy task requests, establish response timelines, and effectively communicate with parties. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years experience (2+ with advanced degree).
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Project management experience.
- Attention to detail.
- US citizenship for Public Trust clearance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Nice to Have
