A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be supporting Project Managers in document control, schedule tracking, and the review of engineering documentation. Key responsibilities include assisting with project planning and coordination, preparing and monitoring reports and project documentation, liaising with manufacturing teams, organizing and documenting meetings through minutes and follow-up actions, and providing overall project execution support.

How You’ll Make an Impact

· Receive, validate, register, store, and distribute project documentation and correspondence including project progress reports.
· Coordinate and follow up on information requests between clients, factories, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
· Organize project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items.
· Support commercial activities, including preparation of RFQs and follow-up of quotations.
· Coordinate activities among engineering, procurement, logistics, and project management teams.
· Provide administrative and operational support to the Project Management team as required.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or qualified in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in project administration, coordination or project support roles.

-· Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Project, PowerBI, Powerpoint, Excel as well as SAP ERP systems.

-· Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

The position and team offer exposure to projects across Chile and the opportunity to contribute to a variety of initiatives, including IT, industrial, control, and protection projects, while providing cross-functional support based on business needs.
