Section: Overview Sandbox by Tech4Dev is looking for an experienced Programs Manager to lead the delivery of startup incubation and venture-building programmes. Location: Nigeria. Employment Type: Full-Time. Section: Responsibilities
- Lead startup cohorts from Hackathon to MVP launch, market validation, and investor readiness.
- Support and track founder progress toward product, revenue, and growth milestones.
- Recruit and coordinate mentors, coaches, corporate partners, and investors.
- Manage programme budgets, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and operations.
- Drive successful demo days and founder-investor engagements. Section: Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in programme/project management within startups, accelerators, incubators, venture studios, or entrepreneurship ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of the African startup ecosystem and venture building.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder programmes.
- Excellent organisational, reporting, communication, and budget management skills.
- A degree in a relevant field (postgraduate qualification is an advantage). Section: Benefits
