About the Role MetLife is seeking a detail-oriented Program/Project Analyst to review, monitor, analyze and report on program and project information. The role involves compiling data from source files and creating Excel-based reports, presenting results in pivot tables or PDFs for senior management to evaluate performance of financial-related activities. The candidate should be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including regular updates to the US team. What You'll Do
- Review, monitor, analyze and report program/project information.
- Compile data from source files and create Excel-based reports, presenting them in pivot tables or PDFs.
- Prepare reports for high-level management to view results and performance of financial-related activities.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver accurate results within deadlines.
- Communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis through chat and email; coordinate with cross-functional teams and the US team. What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver accurate and detailed results within firm deadlines.
- Strong MS Excel skills (intermediate) and data reporting capabilities.
- Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills; strong email writing.
- Effective voice communication for internal interactions with the US team.
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of reporting fundamentals.
