Wir suchen für unser Team einen Programmierer Lackierung (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

• Programmierung und Parametrierung von Robotern in der Lackierung
• Inbetriebnahme der Roboterprogramme mit den Peripheriegeräten
• Prozessoptimierung der Robotersteuerungsprogramme hinsichtlich Qualität, Prozesssicherheit und Taktzeit
• Erstellung der Anlagendokumentation
• Unterstützung der Produktion in allen produktionstechnischen Belangen
• Unterstützung der Projekte hinsichtlich Themen wie Bestückung und Lackverbräuche§Unterstützung Leitstand hinsichtlich Optimierung Lackierprogramme

Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (vorzugweise Lackierer oder Verfahrensmechaniker Beschichtungstechnik)
• Erfahrung im Bereich der Programmierung von Lackierrobotern
• Kenntnisse im Bereich elektrostatischer Hochrotationsbeschichtung vom Vorteil
• Du verfügst über eine gute Team-, Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
