Programme Manager
We're seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead and coordinate multi-country programmes across Africa, with a focus on development finance, entrepreneurship support and impact investing. The role is remote and requires proven programme leadership and stakeholder engagement at a continental or regional level.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Development Studies, or related fields, or Bachelor’s Degree with significant experience.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in programme/project management in development finance, entrepreneurship support, or impact investing.
- Proven ability to manage multi-country programmes, donor-funded projects, and events at a continental or regional level.
- Strong stakeholder management and diplomatic communication skills.
