Job Description
- The Programme Associate is a Mid-to-Senior role on our team. This colleague spends 30% of their time leading the delivery of ongoing and new research projects or projects testing technological, business, or social innovation.
- They then spend 40% on people management contributing to a positively energetic team dynamic and shaping the growth of team members, and the rest of their time supporting both reactive and business development efforts to grow our portfolio across sub-Saharan Africa.
Responsibilities
Some specific responsibilities will include:
- Lead project planning and delivery to successful completion and reporting, on-time and on-budget, from start to finish with limited senior management guidance.
