About this role

About the Role The Programmatic Specialist role focuses on executing and optimizing client media campaigns, managing daily pacing and QA to ensure campaigns deliver as planned, and providing data-driven insights and recommendations. The role collaborates with Hub Buying leads to inform reports and activation and translates briefs into actionable campaign strategies across buying platforms and insertion orders. What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of campaigns across channels within the platform, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate as a team to accomplish tasks efficiently and maintain campaign quality.
  • Oversee plans to ensure optimizations and pacing deliver expected performance.
  • Analyze data to interpret results and communicate insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Ensure pre-launch and post-launch QA processes are properly completed for all campaigns.
  • Develop tactical recommendations with strong rationale and innovative thinking.
  • Maintain up-to-date proficiency with buying platforms and technology to execute programmatic campaigns and plan/book direct campaigns.
  • Demonstrate understanding of audience strategy and implement in-platform.
  • Assist with pixel and tag generation, implementation, and quality assurance.
  • Demonstrate foundational understanding of the digital media ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, data partners, third-party ad verification partners). What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years’ experience in the digital and programmatic industry.
  • Experience across programmatic technology platforms and omnichannel DSPs such as DV360, TTD, Xandr, Yahoo, and others.
  • Experience with ad servers and ad verification platforms (CM360, DoubleVerify, IAS), as well as Mediaocean, Prisma, or similar planning/financial platforms.
  • Advanced understanding of industry trends and challenges, such as SPO and cookieless.
  • Experience with troubleshooting/auditing PMP/PG deals.
  • Strong verbal and written communications, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Collaboration mindset and ability to work as a team player.
  • Ability to retain professionalism.
