About the Role The Programmatic Manager will create and implement the programmatic development strategy for Dentsu Poland, lead a team of programmatic specialists, and ensure high-quality client service. This role drives the programmatic roadmap, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and oversees delivery and growth of programmatic offerings.

What You'll Do

• Create and implement the programmatic development strategy for Dentsu Poland.
• Build and maintain a high-performing Programmatic team; recruit, onboard, set vision, establish motivating goals, and drive performance.
• Oversee delivery of all programmatic initiatives and ensure high-quality client service.
• Monitor and optimize team work across clients to maximize margins.
• Ensure the team’s technical capability aligns with the latest programmatic market trends.
• Prepare and launch new products for sale.
• Collaborate with other Dentsu units to achieve business goals.

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in a similar role at an agency/marketing communications environment.
• Very good knowledge of platforms D&V 360 and Adform; knowledge of GA, Gemius, DCM is a plus.
• Ability and experience in managing a multi-person team.
• Experience working with clients.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Polish.
• Proactive mindset and a willingness to seek innovative solutions.

Nice to Have

• DCM experience is a plus.
