- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- SAP knowledge (in order of preference):
- ABAP
- SAP Customer Management for Utilities (CM IS-U)
- SAP CRM
- Desirable
- Experience in utility sector companies (electricity, gas, or water).
- Knowledge of customer service, billing, contract, or commercial management processes.
- Experience in complex environments involving integration between multiple applications.
