Job Description

As a Program Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting and managing programs within the Building Automation sector. You will contribute to the successful execution and delivery of projects by coordinating activities, managing schedules, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will report directly to our Program Manager and you’ll work out of our Richardson, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of program execution, helping to drive operational excellence and support Honeywell’s commitment to delivering innovative building automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects within scope and budget.
• Manage schedules, track progress, and report on program status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program objectives and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience in program support or coordination roles within a technical or engineering environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software to track schedules and deliverables.

• Knowledge of building automation systems and related technologies is highly desirable to support program objectives.
