Have you worked directly with CMS Value-Based Care programs, such as CMMI models (ACO REACH, LEAD, or similar), the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), or another VBC arrangement, in a professional role? Describe your hands-on experience with a CMMI, MSSP, or other VBC program. Which program was it, what was your role, and what processes or deliverables did you support (for example, CMS reports, deadlines, or participant communications)?
In a professional role, have you used Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data by building formulas (such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, or IF statements) and creating pivot tables?
Describe a time you analyzed a dataset in Excel, Google Sheets, or Snowflake to find an insight or opportunity. What data did you start with, what functions or tools did you use (formulas, pivot tables, queries), and what did you conclude or recommend?
Have you used Monday.com or a similar project management tool (such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira) to track projects and deadlines in a professional role?
