About the Role The Program Security Representative will support MTSI's security program operations in McLean, VA, helping protect personnel, information, and facilities by implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures. This role collaborates with internal teams to ensure compliance with contract security requirements and government regulations. What You'll Do
- Assist with the day-to-day execution of program security requirements and policy implementation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address security needs.
- Monitor regulatory and policy compliance; assist with security incidents and audits.
- Maintain accurate security documentation and records. What We're Looking For

- Ability to work on-site in McLean, VA.
- Experience with security programs, risk management, or compliance is a plus.
