Job title: Program Purchasing Specialist
About the Role The Program Purchasing Specialist is responsible for program purchasing related tasks within OPmobility, executing activities in line with established procedures and rules. You will ensure customer satisfaction and support multiple projects and product lines across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align program requirements with procurement activities.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute program purchasing tasks as assigned by Program Purchasing Specialists, within agreed timelines and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support multiple projects and product lines.
- Monitor KPI deliverables and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain compliance with OPmobility procedures and rules.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor of Engineering or Science or Business School with purchasing specialty.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably in Automotive in Purchasing, Supply Chain or similar.
- Strong purchasing knowledge.
- Technical negotiations.
- Finance & cash management.
- Logistics knowledge (consignment, VMI incoterms, Customs Clearance basics).
- ERP systems proficiency.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent communication, team player, customer oriented.
- Rigor & result oriented; ability to multi-task; flexibility and stress resistance.
