What You’ll Drive

Partnership Development
-
Build and expand an active pipeline of academic partners, securing collaborative agreements with universities and schools through official memoranda of understanding or actionable projects.

Academic Engagement

Coordinate and drive joint educational research initiatives in collaboration with universities and external academic institutions to advance learning development.

Project Management

Manage assigned strategic projects from end to end, collaborating closely with relevant internal teams to ensure all milestones are delivered successfully.

Internal Innovation

Initiate and deliver practical internal innovation projects, such as employee AI literacy and competency assessment frameworks, to support organizational capability building.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an officer or coordinator within an educational institution or education company.
- Fluent English communication skills across listening, speaking, reading, and writing, or a proven TOEIC score above 700.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to write formal Thai letters, draft official documents, and interact effectively with senior leaders, clients, and partners.
- Solid project management skills with proven ability to plan, coordinate, monitor progress, and deliver projects on schedule from start to finish.
- Proven experience in developing partnership pipelines or establishing official memoranda of understanding with universities and schools is a plus.
- Familiarity with or strong interest in AI literacy and competency assessments or educational research coordination is highly preferred.
