Job title: Program Operations Coordinator

About the Role The Program Operations Coordinator will help keep program operations running smoothly behind the scenes, coordinating active programs, teachers, and school partners across Chicago and Boston. This remote-friendly role focuses on proactive communication, data tracking, and process-driven support to ensure programs stay on track and students have strong experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate Active Programs: Track status of all programs (registration, staffing, scheduling); Ensure programs are moving forward and on track; Flag risks early (low enrollment, missing info, etc.)
  • Manage Communication & Follow-Ups: Send follow-up emails to schools, teachers, and partners; Check in on registration numbers and program updates; Coordinate logistics (dates, rosters, classroom details)
  • Support Teacher Coordination: Help assign teachers to programs; Confirm schedules and availability; Follow up on onboarding requirements (background checks, documents)
  • Monitor Enrollment & Trigger Actions: Track student signups across programs; Identify low-enrollment classes and flag next steps; Support simple marketing actions (follow-ups, reminders, etc.)
  • Keep Systems Updated: Maintain accurate records across programs; Update internal trackers and ensure tasks are completed; Keep everything organized and moving forward

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $20–$25 per hour (hourly)
