About the Role ICR is seeking a Program Network Engineer to provide end-user support both onsite at designated Colorado locations and remotely for program networking and communication needs. The role involves ensuring Information Assurance (IA) compliance, supporting accreditation activities, and potential travel to stakeholder sites. What You'll Do

  • Provide direct program support for locally installed equipment, including program-provided and ICR-owned equipment.
  • Configure and maintain program equipment, coordinating with program equipment providers, Facilities and IT.
  • Perform Communication Security protocols, aid in auditing activities and hardware tracking requirements to achieve and maintain accreditation.
  • Generate and maintain documentation for accreditation, program needs, and contract deliverables.
  • Ensure end-users and systems adhere to IA guidelines and best practices.
  • Provide on-call after-hours support to support critical operations and identified exercises.
  • Configure, troubleshoot and run LANs with Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto; Red Hat and Microsoft experience is a plus.
  • Travel up to 25% to stakeholder locations as needed. What We're Looking For
  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SSBI and SCI access; US Citizenship required.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (or ability to obtain within 2 months of start).
  • Minimum eight (8) years of IT professional networking experience.
  • Ability to perform initial issue triage and troubleshoot.
  • Experience configuring, troubleshooting and running LANs with Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto; Red Hat and Microsoft environments are a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to design and integrate LANs with existing external networks and to work across multiple security domains.
  • Current DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (e.g., Security+ CE) or ability to obtain within 2 months.
  • Desired: Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field; experience with SAP programs; Windows (Windows 10, Terminal Services, Active Directory); Linux (RHEL 8/9, Ubuntu). Nice to Have
  • SAP program experience and experience reconfiguring network switches.
  • Prior work in environments with multiple isolated networks.
  • Experience supporting a Microsoft Windows-based environment (Windows 10, Terminal Services, Active Directory) and Linux workstations/servers (RHEL 8/9, Ubuntu). Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications).
