About the Role The Program Manager will lead and oversee global programs from initiation through completion, ensuring contractual requirements are met while aligning with company strategy and profitability. This role requires coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, procurement and customers, and managing scope, schedule, budget and risk.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning and implementation of global programs, defining scope, goals and deliverables.
- Develop full-scale program plans, manage budgets and resource allocation, and schedule timelines.
- Track and report progress to stakeholders; implement changes to achieve program outputs.
- Maintain primary customer contact, manage contract and change communications, and ensure satisfaction.
- Support procurement, scheduling, expediting, production, inspection, shipping and document control; manage risk and closeout.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (preferably Mechanical Engineering) with at least five years of relevant experience; U.S. citizenship required.
- Program management experience with scope, schedule, budget, risk, and contract management; customer liaison.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access; strong documentation and reporting skills.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Ability to work in a technical manufacturing environment; self-starter, organized, accurate; able to meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Valve, regulator, fluid mechanics/control related coursework/education; work experience in lieu of degree considered.
