Program Manager

About the Role

Valce Talent Solutions seeks a remote Program Manager with a strong focus on cross-functional delivery, data analytics, and actionable insights. The role integrates program governance, data modeling in Microsoft Dataverse, and development of PowerApps/Power BI to support leadership and operations. You will partner with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals. What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder engagement.

• Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks.

• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple streams.

• Proactively identify signals and insights to prevent incidents.

• Analyze existing data across enterprise tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

• Design and implement data models and flows within Microsoft Dataverse for scalable solutions.

• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

• Build and customize PowerApps to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.

• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive data solutions.

• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals.

• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively. What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in program management with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives.

• Experience with data analysis and modeling across enterprise tools; ability to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse, PowerApps, and Power BI.

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across engineering, product, and business teams.

• Ability to translate requirements into intuitive data solutions and to communicate progress and risks effectively.

• Proactive problem-solving and incident prevention mindset.

• Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance.
