About the Role
Join UC as a Program Manager responsible for managing, designing, developing, modifying, and presenting programs. The role conducts program needs assessments, implements policies and procedures, and coordinates budgeting, contracts, and financial reporting. It also serves as a liaison to internal departments, external entities, and community organizations, and may supervise exempt and non-exempt staff.
What You'll Do

Manage, design, develop, modify and present programs.

Perform program needs assessment and make recommendations.

Implement policies and procedures.

Maintain budget, prepare contracts, approve and monitor expenditures, prepare budget requests and financial reports.

Act as a liaison to internal departments, external entities and community organizations.

May prepare and edit reports and/or newsletters and develop publication materials.

May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.).

Perform related duties based on departmental need.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree (or seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement).

Three (3) years of relevant experience.

Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Experience in preparing reports and publication materials is reflected in the role.

Salary up to $51,500 annually.
