About the Role The College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) at the University of Cincinnati seeks a Program Manager to support the Music Education and Keyboard Divisions. Reporting to both the CCM Business Office and divisional leadership, the Program Manager plans, coordinates, and administers a wide range of academic, financial, and operational activities in support of divisional programs, faculty, and students. This position is on-site and anticipated as a 100% FTE, 11–12 month annual appointment. What You'll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and support academic and co-curricular programs for the Music Education and Keyboard Divisions.
- Monitor quantitative and qualitative data on progress toward program objectives; review objectives to identify problems, prioritize solutions, and develop action steps for program improvement.
- Maintain budget, prepare contracts, approve and monitor expenditures, prepare budget requests and financial reports; provide financial administrative support for program initiatives in collaboration with the CCM Business Office.
- Manage and analyze enrollment and student data; compile statistics and prepare reports.
- Assist with the development and implementation of strategies to recruit students and program participants.
- Interact with and manage communication among students, staff, faculty, alumni, external agencies, and other university departments; act as liaison to internal departments, external entities and community organizations.
- Prepare and distribute communications, including newsletters and outreach materials. What We're Looking For
- Experience planning, coordinating, and supporting academic and co-curricular programs in a university or similar environment.
- Ability to monitor data, analyze enrollment trends, and report on program progress.
- Budget and contracts administration experience, including expenditures tracking and financial reporting.
- Strong communication and liaison skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholders and internal/external partners.
- Detail-oriented program management with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
