About the Role As part of the AWS Applied AI Solutions organization, this role will support Just Walk Out (JWO) initiatives from Hyderabad, collaborating with tech and business teams. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, demonstrates high attention to detail, and can operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while helping shape the business group strategy for scale. What You'll Do

  • Develop, review, approve, coordinate, and lead large, strategic projects / programs within Amazon BUs and across different geographies.
  • Build relationships and partner across cross-functional teams to build and execute on new initiatives and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and partners to deliver on project goals. Coordinate a portfolio of programs from inception to delivery.
  • Define and implement metrics to measure performance across procurement, operations and transportation logistics.
  • Compile, manage and report on weekly project metrics and be responsible for leading meetings to align on project requirements.
  • Communicate program status updates to the stakeholders and senior leadership on a regular basis.
  • Provide program insights and data driven recommendations to support strategic decisions. What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field. Nice to Have
  • 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 5+ years of driving process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules. Compensation & Benefits
