About the Role The Retrofits, Expansions and Initiatives (REI) team acts as a centralized planning and execution engine for retrofits, expansions, and network initiatives across NA Last Mile Delivery Stations. This role translates validated business needs into executable deployment plans, balancing capacity, cost, and speed, and works cross-functionally to ensure feasible deployment schedules. Travel up to 20%; preferred location Nashville (Bellevue optional). What You'll Do
- Drive process, capacity, performance, technology, compliance, and safety-related program objectives – define business requirements, translate requirements into project plans, manage implementation activities across a large group of stakeholders, develop and execute rollout plans and ongoing support.
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks, drive resolution of critical issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs and propose corrective actions to keep initiatives moving forward.
- Collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and process excellence.
- Review new change requests from program and operations stakeholders against existing standards.
- Identify and address customer and business pain points by actively deep diving into data and operational processes and working with cross-functional teams.
- Schedule and moderate multiple weekly standing meetings with internal teams to obtain or share information and approve changes; coordinate information between various teams in the organization. What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Nice to Have
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- PMP, or PMP certificate
- Master's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics
- 3+ years of change management experience Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: 66,800.00 - 116,800.00 USD annually
- Base salary plus sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs)
