As a Program Manager and member of the team responsible for standardizing operational processes, you will be in charge of improving and implementing existing operational flow management at JP Fulfillment Centers. You will focus on optimizing existing processes, implementing established best practices, and managing the execution of standardized operations. Through analysis and process implementation, you will propose improvements to existing processes and execute and manage projects while collaborating with various stakeholders across global and JP departments.

Program Manager will be a member of the team responsible for standardizing operational processes, and will oversee the improvement and deployment of existing operational flow management at JP Fulfillment Centers. You will optimize existing processes, deploy proven best practices, and manage the execution of standardized operations. Through analysis and process implementation, you will propose improvements to existing processes and execute and manage projects while collaborating with stakeholders across global and JP teams.

Key job responsibilities The role ensures the reliable execution of processes at established standards within assigned areas. You will be required to identify improvement opportunities through analysis of on-site metrics, data, and understanding of operational conditions. You will be expected to optimize existing process flows and manage their execution while building and maintaining cooperative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Some of the key responsibilities include: Design and implement: Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, optimize processes, and execute implementation Align and localize: Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to implement established processes in JP operations. Assist in the deployment of proven best practices according to defined guidelines. Change and standardize: Establish process procedures and management methods. Drive efficiency improvements and reinforce standard processes Control and Sustain: Ensure the execution of standard processes across the network, monitor implementation status, and provide necessary support to enable team members to execute standards effectively

- Control and Sustain: ネットワークでの標準プロセスの実行を確実に行い、展開状況をモニタリングし、メンバーがスタンダードを確実に実行できるよう必要なサポートを行います。

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of program or project management experience (Including experience in leading projects with diverse stakeholder engagement)
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Conversational level of English and Japanese
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree, or MBA in business process, operation, engineering, organizational development, institutional design or related field
- 1+ years of process innovation experience
- Experience contributing to an inclusive culture and working with diverse groups
