EXTERIOR & LIGHTING BUSINESS GROUP Position title: Program Manager Work instructions, procedures and information Knowledge / Qualifications University Engineering or Business Degree Previous Experience (If relevant) 8-12 years’ experience in Automotive industry – commercial, industrial or engineering background Key technical competencies Automotive global requirements. IATF16949 & Customer specific requirements. Key behavioral competencies (be customer–centric, cultivate innovation, act with audacity, drive results, collaborate, drive engagement, value differences, be resilient, develop yourself) Team playing, leadership, communication skills and rigor. Ability to federate teams, define and actively lead a cross departmental plan to achieve results. Missions Main Missions Manage and delivers the project (PO and Customer) objectives and deliverables.
