Job title: Program Manager
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join Lear's development center in Brno, Czechia or Tangier, Morocco, focused on automotive connectors and fuse box development. This role leads product development and ensures successful delivery of projects into serial production while building strong relationships with internal teams and customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead projects from development phase through to serial production
- Create and manage project plans (timing, budget, technical scope)
- Oversee execution of financial and technical targets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with all stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact for customers
- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers
- Lead project teams and regularly report project status to management
- Manage programs in line with Lear LPMP standards (APQP analogy)
What We're Looking For
- University degree in technical or economics field
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in automotive
- Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
- Fluent English is required, German is a plus
- Ability to read technical documentation
- Valid driver’s license (Category B)
