Role Overview

This organization is seeking a professional Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives across hardware product launches, regulatory compliance programs, and strategic legal initiatives. • Serve as the central point of contact between program team members and cross-functional partners to align timelines and surface interdependencies.

  • Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and status reports to provide stakeholders clear visibility into project health.

  • Proactively identify risks and blockers, manage escalation processes, and drive resolution before issues impact timelines.

  • Conduct retrospectives and document lessons learned to strengthen future program execution.

  • Develop and standardize playbooks, templates, and repeatable frameworks for program execution.

  • Adopt and implement advanced productivity and automation tools to streamline workflows, including meeting summaries, status reporting, data organization, and process documentation.

  • Support the rollout of new systems, tools, and programs across the team while driving adoption through training and change management.

  • Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in program or project management.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of program management experience in the technology industry, within at least 6 years of overall professional experience. A proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with interdependencies and competing deadlines is required.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for executives, legal partners, external stakeholders, and product teams are essential. Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments is required.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a program management role within a major technology organization.

  • Professional experience supporting legal, compliance, or regulatory workflows.
