What You Will Do:

  • Establish and maintain an adequate and accurate cost accounting system
  • Establish and control the program product baseline
  • Establish and maintain a Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) program
  • Provide the management of vendors and subcontractors
  • Provide the technical management team working at the client's site
  • Advise on the distribution of work among positions and organizations
  • Advise on appropriate staffing levels and skill mix
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operations in meeting goals
  • Performing cost benefit or economic evaluations of current or projected programs
  • Advise on potential benefits/uses of automation to improve efficiency
  • Evaluate and advise on organization, methods, and procedures for providing support
  • Researching and investigating new or improved business and management practices

What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance with SAP eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree
  • TEN (10) or more years' of Project/Program Management experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DoW, military/civilian personnel and industry partners
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Project and Excel)
  • Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel within the organizational geographic area of responsibility

The annual salary range for this position is $132,600.00-$198,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
