Role As Function Health expands globally, with active hiring in LATAM, momentum in the UK, and plans for further international growth, we are establishing a strategic foundation to support our international workforce. To ensure long-term success, we are proactively designing a scalable, compliant, and optimized global operating model.
We are seeking a contractor to lead our global workforce strategy workstream. In this role, you will serve as the project manager and strategic connective tissue across People, Legal, Finance, Tax, and business leadership. You will build comprehensive cost-benefit analyses to identify the optimal engagement model for each market, drive key strategic decisions to closure, and establish a clear, repeatable framework that empowers our team to scale sustainably for the future.
