Job title: Program Manager - Feed Safety
About the Role Program Manager - Feed Safety at Nutreco Vietnam will lead development and application of Feed Additives solutions focused on feed safety, mold and Salmonella control, and mycotoxin risk management. You will work cross-functionally to convert technical capabilities into compelling value propositions, support sales with demonstrations and trials, and drive growth for Feed Additives in Vietnam and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical and economic benefits training and support to sales teams, nutritionists, customers, and distributors; collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop equipment service materials and field demos; supply data, define USPs, and support marketing content; provide dosage recommendations and act as troubleshooting for technical questions; initiate and track local field trials and integrate data into sales dossiers; demonstrate product value and financial benefits; support sales with intuitive dosage equipment systems.
- Deliver training on the product portfolio.
- Support R&D using literature, market insights, lab results, and customer feedback to drive growth.
- Seek bottom-line improvements and ensure cross-functional alignment within Feed Additives.
- Provide monthly activity reports and develop an annual technical plan including budget and a 3-year outlook.
- Collaborate across all organizational functions to maximize contributions to Feed Additives and Nutreco's bottom line.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor of Science in Animal Nutrition, Agribusiness, Feed Processing, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Manager or related role; practical experience and understanding of feed production preferred.
- Proven ability to create and deliver compelling presentations that convey strategic messages.
- Fluency in written and spoken Vietnamese and English; knowledge of other languages a plus.
