Program Manager

About the Role Program Manager at Mouvex site in Auxerre, part of PSG and Dover Corporation, leads strategic programs primarily for nuclear and Oil & Gas markets, ensuring execution within technical, financial and contractual commitments. As a member of the CODIR, you contribute to the site's overall performance and growth of activities on strategic markets. What You'll Do

• Guarantee the overall performance of programs in terms of quality, cost, schedule and client satisfaction
• Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with contractual milestones related to invoicing
• Lead project risk analysis and implement actions to manage risks
• Oversee resolution of operational issues and coordinate removal of obstacles impacting project progress
• Deploy best practices in project management and ensure application of internal governance standards
• Conduct contractual reviews and monitor their execution throughout the program duration
• Mobilize the resources needed for successful project execution and anticipate future needs
• Contribute to commercial and contractual negotiations in the strategic interests of the company
• Ensure a high level of satisfaction of internal and external clients across the program lifecycle
• Support the development of team skills and promote a culture of performance and continuous improvement
• Actively participate in the site's strategic orientations as a CODIR member What We're Looking For
• Engineering degree, ideally with a specialization in mechanics or a comparable industrial field
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar function of program management or management of complex projects in an industrial environment
• Solid experience in leading industrial programs in an international context
• Experience managing programs with revenue above €1M
• Recognized skills in team management, both hierarchical and cross-functional
• Strong mastery of financial, budgeting and contractual aspects related to complex projects
• Experience managing relationships with strategic clients or major accounts
• PMP certification is a plus
• Leadership with the ability to rally teams and a sense of responsibility
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient English in an international environment
