About the Role Capgemini is seeking a Program Manager / Director - Data & AI Transformation Programs with Banking Domain to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across Data, Analytics, Digital, and GenAI. This leader will drive end-to-end program delivery, manage multimillion-dollar engagements, and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while ensuring commercial success and delivery excellence. What You'll Do
- Lead complex, multi-year Data, Analytics, Digital, and GenAI transformation programs for enterprise clients.
- Manage delivery of large deals ($1M-$5M+), ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and meeting quality standards.
- Drive the full program lifecycle: planning, estimation, execution, governance, and closure.
- Establish and track program KPIs, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
