About the Role We are seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives at VALCE T@lent Solutions, focusing on program governance, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration in a fully remote setup. The role aims to deliver timely outcomes, ensure data integrity, and align engineering, product, and business teams around strategic goals. What You'll Do
- Program Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder engagement. Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks. Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple streams. Proactive and able to catch signals and insights before incidents.
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Analyze existing data across enterprise tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Design and implement data models and flows within Microsoft Dataverse for scalable solutions. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Application Development & Visualization: Build and customize PowerApps to streamline workflows and enhance user experience. Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive data solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals. Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively.
