About the Role Lead and mature new solutions in intimate health care, bringing innovation to the market with complete program ownership of multiple projects. You will guide a core team of Senior Project Managers and coordinate cross‑functional work, sometimes including technology development. The role sits in Coloplast’s Innovation Portfolio Management at our Humlebæk HQ. What You'll Do
- Own and manage programs consisting of 2-6 innovation projects, leading cross-functional core teams of Senior Project Managers.
- Drive programs from start to finish, including market introduction and potential technology development.
- Collaborate within the Innovation Portfolio Management department with two portfolio teams covering Ostomy Care, Wound & Tissue Repair, Continence Care, and Bowel Care.
- Foster individual professional development within the team to broaden your program management career.
