About this role
Program Manager responsible for working with the program team to achieve program timing, quality and cost targets within the specified scope and to guarantee customer satisfaction from kickoff through 3 months after SOP. You will lead cross-functional program activities to meet project objectives and ensure smooth handoffs from Program Management to Production Operations.
What You'll Do
- Support Sales to develop new business opportunities and program kickoff; establish the initial project plan, Gate plan, define and gain essential resources for programs.
- Establish and lead regular program reviews with team members, track timing, quality and cost targets across the entire program development.
- Report the program management status to managers’ organization.
