About the Role Amazon is seeking an experienced Program Manager to scale our operations network through the launch of new facilities and expansion initiatives across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, high-visibility programs that directly impact customer experience, business growth, and operational excellence. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of network expansion and launch programs, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Develop project plans, launch schedules, governance mechanisms, and risk mitigation strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Partner with operations, engineering, finance, procurement, and real estate teams to define requirements and ensure successful project execution.
