About the Role Amazon is seeking an experienced Program Manager to scale our operations network through the launch of new facilities and expansion initiatives across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, high-visibility programs that directly impact customer experience, business growth, and operational excellence. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of network expansion and launch programs, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Develop project plans, launch schedules, governance mechanisms, and risk mitigation strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Partner with operations, engineering, finance, procurement, and real estate teams to define requirements and ensure successful project execution.
- Manage external vendors, consultants, contractors, and service providers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project performance through data, metrics, and reporting mechanisms, identifying risks and driving corrective actions when required.
- Own stakeholder communication, providing clear updates on milestones, dependencies, financial performance, risks, and launch readiness.
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to improve launch speed, reduce cost, and increase scalability across markets.
- Support business planning activities including capital planning, budget forecasting, resource planning, and long-term network expansion strategies.
- Conduct site visits and audits to validate project progress, operational readiness, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Build scalable tools, mechanisms, and operating models that enable efficient execution of future expansion programs. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing own tasks and those of other team members for multiple projects Nice to Have
- PMP certificate
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
