About the Role We are seeking a stellar program manager (PM) with operational experience in internet service provider/telecom obligations to join the Global Service Compliance (GSC) team supporting Amazon Leo. You will lead and manage complex compliance workstreams to support Amazon Leo's global satellite broadband initiative, aligning with business strategy and evolving regulatory requirements. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance workstream strategies aligned with Amazon Leo's expansion goals, including defining scope, KPIs, and mechanisms to monitor performance and efficiency.
- Own prioritization, resourcing, and planning of GSC's strategy for assigned workstreams; monitor regulatory changes and business strategy to scope and implement change, collaborating with GSC execution teams to drive improvements.
