About the Role As Program Manager (all genders) at Valtech, you will lead delivery of complex digital programs, ensuring quality, client satisfaction and strategic alignment, while acting as a reference within the Valtech team and guiding clients through their digital transformation.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital solutions (platforms, applications) of high quality.
- Orchestrate multiple project streams, track timelines, milestones, budget and resources; manage risks and deliverable quality.
- Implement best practices in project management by combining traditional and agile approaches.
- Provide regular reporting to internal teams, the client (Executive Committee) and the Account Leader.
- Ensure delivery processes run smoothly by addressing organizational and technical aspects.
- Build trusted client relationships, ensure their satisfaction, and maintain high-quality client relationships.
- Gather needs, challenge organizations/processes and propose solutions for continuous improvement in a digital transformation context.
- Leverage agile practices and consulting experience (a plus).
