About the Role
The Senior Program Management Analyst will support a Pax-based program office, applying analytic techniques to evaluate objectives and ensure alignment of requirements, schedules and budgets. This role involves collecting, organizing, and interpreting data on aircraft/weapon/project programs and applying government processes for documentation, change control, and data management.
What You'll Do
- Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
- Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Track program/project status and schedules.
- Apply government instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

- Education and
Experience
- Masters degree in business administration, business management, finance, accounting, or related technical disciplines; in lieu of a Masters, a Bachelor's degree plus two years of additional work experience may be substituted; in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an Associate's degree plus four years of work experience may be substituted; or other combinations as described. Ten (10) years of experience supporting DoD program management, technical, or business analysis related to aviation/ship systems acquisition and life-cycle management; at least six (6) of the ten years must be related to analysis and planning. Clearance: U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a full background investigation for DoD clearance; Active Secret Security Clearance is required.

- Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year (USD).
