About the Role The Kairos, Inc seeks an energetic, experienced Program Management Analyst, Journeyman to support a DoD program office at Pax. This position is contingent upon contract award and will focus on applying analytic techniques to evaluate objectives, managing data, and supporting documentation and change-control processes to optimize program performance. What You'll Do
- Apply analytic techniques to evaluate program/project objectives and requirements.
- Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules; perform management, technical, or business-case analyses.
- Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Track program/project status and schedules; monitor milestones and deliverables.
- Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
- Develop program-level briefs and communicate status to stakeholders. What We're Looking For

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience developing program-level briefs.
- Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment; capable of working independently and multitasking to meet deadlines.
- Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to adapt to evolving technology.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, finance, accounting, or technical disciplines; or Associate's with two (2) additional years of experience; or four (4) additional years of experience.
- Experience: 3-10 years as a program/project/management analyst supporting the DoD; experience in program management, IPT leadership, or operational fleet roles integrated with cost, schedule, and performance.
- Citizenship and security: U.S. citizen, able to complete full background investigation; active Secret Security Clearance eligibility. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $76,000 to $86,000 per year (USD).
