What You’ll Do
-
Lead a large-scale enterprise transformation program spanning multiple business and technology workstreams, driving alignment across executive stakeholders, business leaders, delivery teams, and external partners.
-
Oversee end-to-end program planning, governance, execution, risk management, and delivery across interconnected initiatives.
-
Establish and facilitate executive steering committees (SteerCos), program governance forums, decision-making processes, and status reporting cadences.
-
Partner closely with senior leaders to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, competing priorities, and organizational change.
-
Drive cross-functional alignment on strategic program objectives, scope, timelines, dependencies, and business outcomes.
-
Build and mature PMO capabilities, including program controls, reporting frameworks, RAID management, financial tracking, and executive communications.
-
Facilitate whiteboard sessions, workshops, and leadership discussions to resolve complex business process and product design challenges.
-
Proactively identify program risks, issues, and roadblocks, and drive resolution through effective stakeholder engagement and decision-making.
-
Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams while ensuring teams remain focused on key deliverables and milestones.
-
Create executive-ready presentations, status updates, and reporting materials that provide clear visibility into program health, decisions, and outcomes.
-
Navigate ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities while maintaining momentum and accountability across teams.
-
Support organizational readiness and transformation efforts by helping stakeholders adopt new processes, operating models, and ways of working.
-
What You’ll Bring
-
10+ years of program or project management experience leading complex, enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
-
Proven experience managing large, cross-functional programs involving multiple business and technology stakeholders.
-
Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and build credibility with director, VP, and C-level leaders.
-
Strong experience facilitating Steering Committees, executive governance forums, and leadership decision-making sessions.
-
Demonstrated ability to manage strong personalities, navigate organizational politics, and drive alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.
-
Expertise in PMO development, program governance, portfolio reporting, risk management, and dependency management.
-
Experience leading enterprise software, digital transformation, systems implementation, or business transformation programs.
-
Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to lead workshops, wall walks, whiteboard sessions, and working sessions that drive decisions and consensus.
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into concise, actionable executive-level messaging.
-
Highly self-directed and comfortable operating in complex environments with limited supervision.
-
Proven ability to identify risks early, manage ambiguity, and proactively drive decisions and outcomes.
-
Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative leadership style that creates alignment across business and technology teams.
-
Experience with ERP, HCM, finance, procurement, or back-office transformation programs is a plus, but not required.
-
Ideal Candidate
-
A seasoned enterprise Program Manager who thrives in highly visible transformation environments, can confidently engage executive leadership, build governance structures where needed, and drive progress through complexity, ambiguity, and organizational change.
