About the Role Join Alstom as a full-time Program Cybersecurity Manager in Bangalore. You’ll develop cybersecurity management plans, conduct threat modelling, define cybersecurity architecture and requirements, and support audits to safeguard our products and solutions across the development lifecycle. What You'll Do
- Develop the Cybersecurity Management Plan and threat modelling
- Conduct Threat Modelling and define Cybersecurity Architecture and Requirements
- Manage evaluation of the Program’s cybersecurity level and support audits
- Analyse security needs and formulate objectives and strategies
- Plan and integrate security activities within the development lifecycle
- Provide expert guidance to teams on implementing cybersecurity features
- Manage cybersecurity deliverables including quality, cost, and timeliness
- Handle vulnerabilities and cybersecurity issues with action plans
- Communicate and report cybersecurity status within the Program What We're Looking For
- Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience or understanding of information technology and security
- Knowledge of product security areas such as cryptography, network protection, and identity management
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards like ISO 2700X, IEC 62443, NIST
- A cybersecurity certification such as GICSP, CISSP, GSEC, or CISM is desirable
- Proven ability to manage quality, cost, and delivery of cybersecurity initiatives
- Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills Nice to Have
