Job Description
Reporting to JLR Customer Group Leader, main objectives are:
The PCE is the single point of accountability for the customer, responsible for program delivery, financial performance, customer satisfaction, business growth and risk management.
The Engineering Product Leader (EPL) team will report directly to the PCE.
Leadership of the EPL for Projects on Awarded Products or new opportunities (RFQs) through development, launch and current production.
Responsibilities
- Program Execution. Ensure product completeness through flawless execution. Manage overall program milestones and critical work packages with EPLs. Coordinate release planning and ensure successful delivery of customer commitments.
