What You'll Do
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
- Contact potential customers through lead follow up process.
- Assess customer needs by following a proven sales process.
- Notating customer interactions in CRM.
- Maintaining a knowledge base of current industry and product knowledge.
- Attending on-site sales and product trainings.
- Collaborating with other sales channels to service our health club accounts and existing customer base.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
