About the Role The Program Administrator I provides clinical, operational, and administrative support to the new Center for Cancer and Aging (CCA), which provides geriatric oncology consults and services to older patients across the Institute. The primary role is to provide clinical support and patient navigation to older adults. What You'll Do
- Provide clinical support and patient navigation to older adults.
- Support operational and administrative functions for the Center for Cancer and Aging.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate geriatric oncology services. What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows and HIPAA guidelines; comfort with electronic medical records and care coordination.
- Experience in clinical, administrative, or nursing support roles; interest in geriatrics and oncology preferred. Nice to Have
- Experience with geriatric oncology or patient navigation.
