About the Role Valce Talent Solutions is seeking a motivated Professional Services Technical Consultant to deploy and implement the company’s Data Protection products (data loss protection, data classification, cloud data protection, secure collaboration) in large enterprise environments, and perform knowledge transfer with customers. Based in Mexico, this remote role offers opportunities to work with Global 2000 customers on cybersecurity products and contribute to improving the health of customers’ implementations. What You'll Do
- Deploy and implement the company’s Data Protection products (data loss protection, data classification, cloud data protection, secure collaboration) in large enterprise environments.
- Collect infrastructure technical requirements from prospects/customers and create implementation plans.
- Perform knowledge transfer with customers.
- Work as part of the Professional Services team to deliver proactive services that improve the health of product line implementations.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption. What We're Looking For
