Job title: Professional Services Engineer (PSE)
About the Role The Professional Services Engineer delivers Kaspersky professional services to our corporate customers in the Italy region. The role focuses on deployment, configuration, upgrades and maintenance, health checks, and knowledge transfer, while developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and coordinating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve challenging issues.
What You'll Do
- Perform deployments & configuration of both complex and simple Kaspersky solutions and integrate them into the customer’s existing production environment.
- Perform health checks, configurations, and optimization projects for existing customers, including assisting partner support organizations.
- Document all aspects of the service engagement, including technical notes, time spent on projects, and the project status via company systems.
- Communicate challenges to senior management for a swift resolution through additional Kaspersky resources.
- Report project status
What We're Looking For
- Technical engineers who can deploy and configure security solutions and integrate them into production environments.
- Ability to deep dive into technical issues, manage crisis response, and lead incident prevention and/or resolution efforts.
- Strong customer relationship skills and ability to escalate and resolve challenging issues while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive documentation and reporting of project progress and status.
- Familiarity with crisis management, incident response, and working with partner support organizations.
