About the Role The Professional Services Engineer (PSE) delivers Kaspersky professional services to corporate customers, including deployment & configuration, upgrades, maintenance, health checks, and knowledge transfer. PSEs build strong customer relationships and work with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve challenging issues, while deep diving into technical problems, managing crisis response, and leading incident prevention and resolution. The role directly impacts the customer’s business decisions and outcomes. What You'll Do
- Deploy and configure Kaspersky products for corporate customers
- Lead upgrades and ongoing maintenance to ensure product health and performance
- Conduct health checks and provide knowledge transfer to customers and staff
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and service quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve challenging issues
- Deep dive into technical issues, manage crisis response, and lead incident prevention and/or resolution efforts
- Make decisions that directly affect the customer’s business What We're Looking For
- Technical engineer with experience delivering professional services to corporate customers
- Proficiency in deployment, configuration, upgrades, maintenance, and health checks
- Experience with knowledge transfer and customer enablement
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills; able to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience in crisis management and incident response; proactive problem solver
